* Add blocking implementations of QSPI
* Use blocking implementation in new() and embedded-storage impls

* Own IRQ in Qspi to disable it on drop

examples: Consistently use unwrap! in favor of .unwrap()

Unfortunately errors from `embedded_graphics` and `core` doesn't provide
the necessary instances currently.
