stm32/can: simplify bxcan api, merging bx::* into the main structs.

Browse Source 
The bx::* separate structs (Can, Rx, Tx) and separate `Instance` trait
are a relic from the `bxcan` crate. Remove them, move the functionality
into the main structs.
